Wound Care

Wound care can range and vary dramatically. We treat anything from scrapes, scratches, and lesions, to diabetic ulcers, cuts, and broken bones. For some wounds, it may be urgent and calling 911 or visiting the emergency room may be needed. For others, we can usually prevent urgent care visits and treat in our office. In addition to the majority of treatments offered by Westbroek Family Medicine, we employ a podiatrist that specializes in foot care, diabetic health care, ulcers, ingrown toenails, plantar fasciitis, and other forms of foot and ankle pain or discomfort.
